Four interconnected bodies form CHReaD's governance. A transparent, member-driven structure ensuring accountability and inclusive decision-making.
The supreme decision-making body comprising representatives from all member organizations. Sets strategic direction, elects Board members annually, and forms the democratic foundation of the coalition.
Provides strategic oversight and fiduciary accountability. Elected by the General Assembly with clear term limits, ensuring democratic and mission-aligned leadership at every level of the coalition.
Distinguished scientists, health policy experts, and innovation leaders providing independent technical guidance — ensuring CHReaD's positions are scientifically grounded and evidence-based at all times.
Manages day-to-day operations, programme implementation, and member coordination. Hosted at AMREF Health Africa since 2020, fully accountable to the Board and serving the entire coalition membership.
